Transit & Delivery Notes

Air DDP service is designed for faster delivery from China. Actual transit time may change during peak season, airline capacity changes, customs inspection or final delivery appointment.

After arrival and customs clearance, local delivery may be handled by local courier or truck delivery, depending on destination coverage, carton weight, warehouse requirements and shipment size.

Cost Rules

• Chargeable weight uses the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.
• Volumetric weight formula: L × W × H ÷ 6000.
• Minimum chargeable weight: 15 kg based on the current price tier. Some air express channels may still apply a 21 kg shipment minimum according to the route note.
• Displayed USD rate is calculated from RMB base cost, global profit per shipment and exchange rate.

Customs & Duty Notes

All listed DDP channels are double-clearance and tax-included. Duties and taxes are included in the DDP service, but accurate product name, HS code, declared value and invoice details are still required.

For the UK, product compliance, VAT / duty declaration details and UKCA or other product-specific requirements should be checked before shipping where relevant.

Cargo Restrictions

General cargo usually means ordinary products without batteries, built-in power, strong magnetism, brand-sensitive issues, liquids, powders or controlled materials. Battery or powered cargo is identified by product name, such as handheld fans, electric tools, forklifts, golf carts, scooters or products with built-in batteries. Sensitive cargo mainly includes branded goods, magnetic products and items that require extra carrier or customs confirmation. Anti-dumping products are treated as a risk reminder and are not automatically priced online.

Documentation Required

Prepare a commercial invoice, packing list, product description, HS code, declared value, carton details, consignee address and contact information. Sensitive cargo should be confirmed before pickup.
